Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round or ground chuck
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 can water
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 large jar salsa (mild, medium or hot; depends on your taste)
    3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    In saucepan, combine meat, tomato paste, water, taco seasoning and salsa.
    Let simmer for 40 minutes.
    Add cheese, stirring frequently; simmer until cheese is melted.
    Serve hot with tortilla chips.
