Ashley'S Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 (4 oz.) jar dried beef, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine and mix well all ingredients and spread in 8 x 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve hot with crackers or celery.
