Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 bunch shallots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can tomato soup
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil shrimp and peel.
    Chop shrimp and shallots.
    In saucepan, heat soup and 1/2 cup water to boiling.
    Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
    Add cream cheese and mix with mixer until well blended.
    Stir in mayonnaise until completely blended.
    Add shrimp and shallots.
    Pour into Jell-O mold.
    Refrigerate, preferably overnight.
    Serve with crackers of your choice.
