Light Macaroni Ring Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box macaroni rings
    1 can peas (small), drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. salad dressing, mixed with a little light cream or milk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar (according to taste)
    1 Tbsp. sugar (according to taste)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni rings according to instructions.
    Drain and cool.
    Add onion, peas, diced eggs, seasonings and salad dressing mixture.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    May be decorated with tomato wedges or sliced hard-boiled eggs.
