Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. raw rice (not Minute)
1 shredded carrot
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3 c. water or broth
Preparation
-
Melt margarine in casserole dish.
Sprinkle rice, then carrots, onions and celery.
Place chicken breasts on top of vegetables.
Mix soups and water in bowl.
Pour over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
