Baked Zucchini Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small zucchini per serving (5 to 6-inch)
    beaten egg
    salt and pepper
    Italian bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    melted butter
Preparation
    Cut zucchini lengthwise in quarters, then in half crosswise. Dip into beaten egg, seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Coat the quarters with a mixture of Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown, in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Can be served as finger food or vegetable with a meal.
