St. Agnes Hospital Baked Chicken Reubenoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. plus 3/4 c. Thousand Island dressing, divided
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
    1 c. well drained sauerkraut
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onions
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Mix baking mix, milk, oil, 1 tablespoon dressing and eggs.
    Spread in dish. Layer remaining ingredients, except onions, on egg mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
    Top with onions and bake 3 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
