Helen'S Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 level c. all-purpose flour
3 heaping c. sharp cheese, grated (approximately 1 lb.)
2 sticks margarine, softened
1/2 tsp. cayenne
Preparation

Blend ingredients together until smooth and well mixed.
Pinch off small portions of dough; roll into balls, about the size of a marble.
Put onto ungreased cookie sheets, flatten with tines of a fork and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until lightly browned.
