Mexican Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 packet chili seasoning
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
    1 large chopped onion
    2 chopped peppers
    1 1/2 lb. stewing beef, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Use a large mixing bowl.
    Empty tomato sauce into bowl, stir in chili seasoning.
    Add beans.
    Add onion, green pepper and beef. Mix well, but gently.
    Turn into crock-pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
    Or turn into Dutch oven and simmer on low heat for 3 hours.
    May also be baked as a casserole at 300\u00b0
    for 2 1/2 hours. Serve with crispy salad and hot bread.
