Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. frozen spinach (10 oz.)
2/3 c. Ricotta
1/2 tsp. salt
1 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In a bowl, combine spinach, Ricotta cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Spoon 1/3 of mixture into baking dish.
Cover with 1/3 of tomato slices and 1/3 of the Mozzarella cheese; repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
