Chicken For A King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken legs and thighs
    1 c. instant rice
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 large can mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt the tablespoon of butter and grease the bottom of a casserole dish.
    Next, stir in onion, green pepper and celery. Pour mushroom soup and one can of water over rice and ingredients. Add large can of mushrooms.
    Lay the four chicken legs on top. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 and bake one hour.
    Makes four servings.
