Sesame Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Blend
    together eggs, water, soy sauce, salt and pepper in
    a shallow
    dish.
    Dip
    chicken
    into flour, then into egg mixture and
    then sprinkle both sides with sesame seed.
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Add chicken, turning to coat with butter. Bake
    in
    a hot oven (400\u00b0) for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown and tender.
