Tourtiere(French Canadian Pork Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. Crisco or lard
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder; cut in Crisco or lard.
    Mix beaten egg with vinegar and add cold water to make 3/4 cup of liquid.
    Sprinkle egg mixture on flour mixture and toss with a fork.
    Use at once or store in fridge for several weeks. This may also be frozen.
