Chocolate Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. almond paste
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. granulated sugar
3 large egg whites
1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. flour (all-purpose)
Preparation

Line two baking sheets with foil.
Lightly grease foil.
Knead almond paste to soften.
In a food processor, or with an electric mixer, mix almond paste, cocoa, granulated sugar and egg whites. Beat on low until well blended.
Add powdered sugar and flour. Continue to beat until thoroughly mixed.
