Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. chicken fat or butter
1/3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
3 c. diced cooked chicken
dash of pepper
Preparation

Cook green peppers in fat until tender.
Blend in flour.
Add chicken to broth and milk.
Cook until smooth, stirring constantly.
Add chicken; season with salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly.
Serves 6.
