Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 stick oleo
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender and mash.
    Add salt, pepper, butter, onion, cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Beat egg and add milk.
    Add to squash mixture.
    Bake in ungreased casserole dish for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
