Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 can Ro-tel
    1/2 head of cabbage
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large can tomato juice
    2 cans red beans
Preparation
    In a large pot cook ground chuck and onion until meat is no longer pink. Drain well. Add Ro-tel and tomato juice and mix well. Add shredded cabbage and cook until cabbage is nearly done. Stir in red beans and season with salt and pepper to desired taste.
