Hershey'S Cocoa Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cocoa
    3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cocoa and salt; mix.
    Stir in milk and place over medium-high heat until boiling, then reduce heat to medium-low and stir frequently.
    Cook until forms a soft ball when dropped into cold water.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Beat and pour into buttered pans or plates.
