Rice And Broccoli Casserole(Quick-Easy-Delicious) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked, brown pearl rice
2 c. cooked and crumbled hamburger
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. (about 8 to 10 oz.) chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. garlic salt (coarse)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and 1 cup of cheese together in a large bowl.
Season with salt, pepper and 2 teaspoons of garlic salt. Put in a large casserole dish.
Use remaining cheese for topping. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
Serve with French bread.
