Aunt Florence'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 extra large eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. instant coffee
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Add and mix slowly eggs and oil.
    Continue blending and add boiling water with instant coffee.
    Mix at high speed one minute. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
