Seafood And Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. very hot tap water
    8 oz. uncooked pasta twists (3 c.)
    1 medium size cucumber, peeled and chopped fine
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    12 oz. salad style imitation lobster or crabmeat
    8 oz. fresh snow peas, trimmed and cut crosswise
    4 plum tomatoes, cut in eighths
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
    Add pasta and cook, uncovered, 8 minutes or until tender but still firm.
    Meanwhile, mix cucumber, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed and garlic in a large bowl until blended.
    Add seafood 30 seconds before draining pasta.
    Add snow peas to pot.
    Pour pasta and snow peas into colander; plunge colander into very cold water to chill contents. Drain well; add to dressing and stir to coat.
    Spoon into serving plates.
    Add 8 pieces tomato to each.
    Makes 4 servings.
