Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

12 large fresh mushrooms (24 oz.)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 oz. pepperoni, diced (1/2 c.)
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. finely crushed rich round crackers (12 crackers)
1/4 tsp. oregano
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of pepper
1/3 c. chicken broth

Plan 2 mushrooms per serving for a first course, six per serving for a main course.
