Crunchy Almond Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cod fish fillets (4 oz. each)
    6 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    4 oz. bread crumbs (approximately 4 slices)
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, almonds and pepper.
    Brush one side of fish with the melted oleo.
    Dip buttered side into the crumb mixture and place on greased sheet pan, crumb side up.
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 about 25 to 30 minutes or until it flakes easily.
