Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. Hamburger
1 lb. Pork Sausage
1 Cup Rice
Sauteed Onions
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Pepper
1 Head Cabbage, boiled 5 minutes
1 Jar Sauerkraut
Onions, diced
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together, roll in cabbage leaf. Mix Sauerkraut and diced onions, place in large kettle, add cabbage rolls, cook on top of stove 3 hours. Freezes well.
