Chicken With Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cleaned and trimmed
    8 pieces salami, cut in 1/2-inch strips
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. thin sliced onion
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Makes 2 servings.
    Heat frying pan.
    Add olive oil, then chicken.
    Add salt and pepper to chicken.
    Once chicken gets whiteish, turn over and add onions, salami and mushrooms.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Add garlic, butter and parsley; stir constantly.
    Once chicken is firm, this dish is complete.
    Serve over pasta or rice.
