Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans Ranch beans
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel soup
Preparation
    Line a 10 x 15-inch baking pan with tortillas. Brown meat and onion. Drain. Spread over tortillas. Add beans and cubed cheese. Cut remaining tortillas in strips. Arrange over casserole.
    Mix soup and Ro-Tel (cut up tomatoes).
    Spread over the top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 275\u00b0.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake another 30 minutes.
