Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken pieces
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. butter
flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt shortening and butter in cake pan on burner.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour over chicken.
Place chicken in pan, turning pieces over after baking for 30 minutes.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes on each side.
