Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. or 3 3/4 qts. popped popcorn
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 200\u00b0. Divide popcorn into two ungreased cake pans. Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally until bubbly around the edges. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in Soda. Pour on popcorn. Stir until coated.\tBake 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.\tCan add peanuts if desired.
