Aunt Nell'S Cake(Pound Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 c. flour (soft cake type)
    5 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening until fluffy and smooth (minimum of 7 minutes).
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add salt.
    Thoroughly mix in remaining ingredients.
    Bake in a treated Bundt pan 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
    Bake at 325\u00b0.
