Savory Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. half and half
    2 tsp. wet brown mustard
    1 Tbsp. parsley, freshly snipped or flakes
    12 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put cheese on bottom of 3-quart baking dish.
    Put butter around on cheese.
    Combine half and half, salt, pepper, mustard and parsley.
    Pour 1/2 of this mixture over cheese and butter. Add eggs and the rest of the half and half mixture by spoon over eggs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
