Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small bunches broccoli
    3 large carrots
    6 stalks celery with leaves
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 large onion
    2 cloves fresh garlic
    2 heaping Tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
Preparation
    Put 1 1/2 cups of water in a blender and blend with onion, celery, carrots and garlic.
    Place in a cooking pot with the broccoli that has been hand chopped.
    Add the McKay's.
    Cook over slow heat until vegetables are done.
    Thicken with a little flour paste.
    Add Velveeta cheese; heat until melted.
    Mix well and serve.
