Crock-Pot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. chopped tomatoes (canned or fresh)
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. canned, drained kidney or pinto beans
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cover and cook 3 to 4 hours on high (or bring to a boil on top of stove, then transfer to crock-pot and cook on low 6 to 8 hours).
    Taste for seasoning; adjust before serving.
    Serve over cooked rice with shredded cheese and minced green onion.
