Chili With Meat(Chili Con Carne) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    2 large onions, diced in 1/4-inch pieces
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. diced raw potatoes
    1 small green pepper, diced in 1/4-inch pieces
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can tomatoes
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    2 cans kidney beans, don't drain
Preparation
    Melt the butter or margarine in the bottom of a large saucepan. Add the onions and cook until they are tender and transparent.
    Add the meat and continue to cook until the meat loses its redness. Add the salt and chili powder.
    Continue to cook for a few seconds longer.
    Add the potatoes, green pepper, celery, tomatoes and the tomato soup.
    Simmer for 15 minutes longer, or until the edges of the potato cubes become transparent.
    Add the beans and simmer for 15 minutes more.
