Cheese-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch fresh broccoli (can use two 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheese
buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation

Boil broccoli until tender.
Drain and place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Combine eggs, milk, soup, mayonnaise and cheese. Stir together well.
Pour mixture over broccoli and sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
