Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced cooked chicken breast
1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds
2 tsp. grated onion
2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips.
Put in shallow baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and crushed chips.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes until bubbly.
