Borscht(Beet Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole beets
    1 1/2 cans water
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grate beets fine.
    Add beet liquid and bring to a boil all ingredients.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Serve with sour cream.
