Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. frozen peas, cooked, or mix of carrots and peas
    1 c. regular rice, cooked (2 c. cooked)
    1 egg
    about 1 or 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Rice should be cooked in the usual way.
    Put 1 cup rice in a heavy pan with a tight-fitting cover with almost twice the water. Bring to a boil.
    Cover and cook on very low heat for 25 minutes. I do not add salt, but some add 1 teaspoon.
