Eggs And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1/3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs and dry salad dressing mix until smooth.
    Stir in cottage cheese and mix well.
    Add flour and baking powder.
    Stir in margarine and cheese.
    Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden.
