Breakfast Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small zucchini, cubed
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes until golden brown.
    Cut into squares and serve hot.
