Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Italian cheese
    1/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms with wet paper towel.
    Remove stems and chop fine.
    Saute stems with half of the butter.
    When tender, remove from fire and let cool.
    Place stuffing in mushroom cavity.
    Put bread crumbs on top of mushrooms.
    Put cheese on top of bread crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Place in oven until brown.
