Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    7 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
    1 1/2 c. sliced tomatoes
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1/2 c. green pepper strips
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Coat a large Dutch oven with cooking spray; add cabbage and remaining ingredients.
    Bring mixture to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
    Yield:
    6 servings; 54 calories per 1 cup serving.
