Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (not yams)
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Add sugar and shortening to hot mashed potatoes.
    Mix and add other ingredients. Work well until smooth.
    Let stand in covered bowl for about 4 or 5 hours. Roll out fairly thick. Cut into biscuits and bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
