Sloppy Joe Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack biscuits
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown beef and onion.
    Drain and add salt, garlic powder, catsup and sour cream.
    Mix well on greased cookie sheet; roll each biscuit to a 4 x 4-inch square.
    Place 1/4 cup of meat mixture in center of each square.
    Fold over corner of squares to form a triangle.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
