Grandmom Langebartel'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter (1 c.= 1/2 lb.)
    1 box 10 x sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. of sifted flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs.
    Add vanilla.
    Mix and add milk slowly.
    Add flour and baking powder slowly.
    Bake about 1 hour in slow oven.
    325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
