White Sauce Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 c. margarine
Preparation
    Stir flour, salt and dry milk together. Cut in
    margarine until you have fine granules.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Keeps 6 weeks.
    Makes 1 quart.
