Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, clean and boil 5 minutes
    1 c. raw rice, cooked
    1 bunch green onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can mushrooms (if desired)
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix soup, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, sour cream and mushrooms (if desired) with onions, then fold in rice and shrimp. Pour into a 9 x 11-inch dish.
    Sprinkle grated sharp cheese on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
