Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable shortening
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in warm water
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in shortening.
Add buttermilk and yeast dissolved in warm water.
Mix until moistened. Cover bowl and put in refrigerator until ready for use.
Cut with biscuit cutter and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
