Pupu Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground cooked ham
1 lb. ground pork
2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients and mix well.
With damp hands, form into 1-inch balls.
Fry in small amount of fat until brown and cooked. Serve on toothpicks with dipping sauce, equal amounts of cranberry sauce and tomato ketchup that have been heated together.
