Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 lb. ground beef
garlic salt to taste
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. Muenster cheese
1 container cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. broad Ruffles noodles
Preparation

Crumble and cook meat in salad oil with garlic salt until fairly well done.
Drain grease.
Add tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
At same time cook noodles in boiling salt water; when tender, drain and rinse.
Fill baking dish with alternate layers of noodles, sliced Muenster cheese, cottage cheese, meat sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 370\u00b0.
This casserole can be made well ahead of time, then heated just before serving.
