Tex-Mex Fiesta Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
    1 2/3 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. shredded cooked turkey or chicken
    1 small tomato, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen kernel corn
    1 c. picante sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Prepare stuffing using water and margarine.
    Spoon into bottom of greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish Combine onion, pepper, chicken, tomato, corn and picante sauce. Spoon over stuffing.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Cover with cheese and bake 10 minutes.
